For the past year, depression has been the leading cause of suicide in Thailand. One of the important causes of depression are tests and grades in school. Moreover, some parents aren’t aware that their expectations could have an effect on their child.
Many people think that depression is being sad and wearing black, but in reality it’s far worse than that. Often, they don’t realise when they see a warning sign, so they don’t take action.
Knowtice is a short film about depression among teenagers aimed to raise awareness on how parents’ unintentional actions and ignorance of the warning signs could cost their depressed child their life. In order for parents to learn and better understand the warning signs of depression in teens.
