“ยึดปุ๊ป ทุกข์ปั๊ป” is a humorous short-form vertical video series that turns ghost stories into modern metaphors for mental attachment. Aimed at Gen Z Thais (ages 16–24), the project uses familiar ghost tropes—spirits stuck with grudges, places, or objects—to reflect how people cling to emotions, achievements, or expectations.

Each episode ends with both ghost and human realizing the same thing: clinging leads to
suffering. The project draws from Buddhist insights and stress research, but swaps serious preaching for punchy storytelling, making abstract ideas more accessible. Designed for TikTok and Reels, the videos rely on strong art direction and post-production rather than expensive sets, keeping them low-cost and high-impact.

Rather than teaching enlightenment, the goal is simpl, to spark reflection. Through comedy and ghostly mischief, the project invites young viewers to laugh, relate, and maybe rethink what they’re holding onto.
