Different ages don’t mean different goals.

So how do we make it work and succeed together?

“เวิร์กอย่างไร เมื่อวัยต่างกัน” is a series of short vertical videos inspired by the experiences of Gen Z first-jobbers entering the workplace and facing conflicts or challenges with colleagues from across generations who have years of experience behind them.

Each story focuses on a workplace issue and offers a practical solution, showing that generational conflict does not mean people cannot work together. Instead, these misunderstandings can become opportunities to better understand one another, improve communication, and recognize how different perspectives, experiences, and working styles can strengthen collaboration rather than divide it.

The project encourages people across generations to reflect and see workplace differences not as obstacles, but as valuable strengths that can lead to more effective and meaningful teamwork.
