A house is only walls until the quiet weight of love, care, and distance fills the rooms.

Home in a House sits with five homes in Mahasarakham, tracing how Thai rural families shape space and nurture one another, revealing the unspoken bonds that hold them together across different family structures and circumstances.

Through a photo slideshow and immersive screening experience, we enter not to intrude, but to listen to the soft rhythms that make a house feel alive. This project sheds light on the quiet ways family connection is nurtured, and invites us to broaden how we understand love, space, and belonging.

In places where doors are barely closed and rooms are shared without question, perhaps Love is simply made of such quiet acts.
