Coffee consumption has been gradually growing yearly, increased from 1 million tons to 25 million tons of waste just in two decades. One of the biggest wastes in the coffee industry is from the cascara or the coffee cherry’s skin. The majority of the coffee cherry had been thrown away, while we only consumed a very small amount of it. There is a significant amount of research about the health benefits of cascara. In This online campaign aims to introduce and promote Cascara as the world's newest superfood from coffee waste through 6 Tiktok videos and Reels.
