Ohm Mano Mano is a conceptual design project inspired by the evolving beliefs of Generation Z, particularly their shift toward non-religious, socially-driven practices. Rather than adhering to traditional religious symbols, Gen Z finds meaning in trends shared across social media and embraces the concept of “small blessings” in everyday life. This project translates those digital-age beliefs into a tangible form, offering a product that allows Gen Z to express their wishes and values through everyday use. Drawing from the aesthetics of sacred objects, it reimagines traditional symbolism that resonates with contemporary youth.

The sacred coin comprises three symbolic layers. The first, handmade paper, echoes the crafting of religious amulets using mixed materials to form a spiritually charged base. The second features a paper-cut motif symbolizing Gen Z’s fluid beliefs. The final layer includes stamped “spells” representing the small wishes Gen Z hopes to manifest in their lives.
